Nicolo Trattoria Caffe in Muelheim an der Ruhr

Have been here for a long time and are pleasantly surprised. There have been new owners for 4 months who offer excellent food with a lot of heart and skill. The pizza is excellent as are the starters. We'll be back for sure!

After another change of operator in summer 2020, a very recommendable trattoria. Really good food - regardless of whether it is a starter, salad, pasta or pizza. Very charming and attentive service. In addition, it was furnished and decorated in a very tasteful way.

Friendly and food tasted, prices unfortunately a bit too high, maybe pizza rolls are enough and also offer pizza and a lunch menu, as the prices are more for the evening.

I haven't eaten that bad for a long time. There was no pizza because there was no staff. The bolognese served was inedible. Although I returned the food after only 2 noodles, I had to pay 9 €. Outrageous!

So the Nicolo was really excellent. The current restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. No tappas, no bread with a salad. Bad service. A pity

The last shop, rude, wanted to eat a piece of cake after looking at the furniture. 6 € for a small piece of cake which has not even tasted. 1 coffee, 1 bitter lemon 2 cake 17 € just a joke.

Was on 1.10.2019 with 3 people there, a great service, totally friendly and helpful, not pushy but always there when needed. Food very fresh, delicious, I had saltimbocca beef with rosemary potatoes and grilled vegetables, a sauce, so: really great! My wife had chosen the grilled baked salmon, also super fresh, delicious and well presented, also the Gambas my father had chosen were just great. Can I highly recommend, the owner has changed, but you do not notice, on the contrary, better than before. Gladly again!

It was recommended. Unfortunately, I find the ambience more like a department store restaurant. One waits in vain for the "wait to be seated". Tables not cleared, although enough staff was there and it was quite quiet. For it to be lifted, it does not fulfill my demands. We did not eat there.

I have been to this restaurant several times and can not say anything negative. The staff is nice and the food is delicious. The price is a bit upscale ... no matter what I've tasted so far everything tastes delicious 😊 I will continue to eat there.

Was there for the 5th time now. In my opinion a great restaurant. Pizzas are delicious. Quite big. The noodle dishes taste very good. I ate you waffles on my last visit. They were really good. Price performance is great. Great quality and great service.

In a place like Germany this can definitely be called a rare gem. Great place to enjoy an exceptional pizza that brings you home. The other dishes in the discrete menu but if you pass them there is certainly for the pizza. Compliments.

Catastrophic food. Green spaghetti with spinach were totally over-salted. Inedible. Small mixed salad little tomatoes. Salad was from Netto. Baguette was also cheaper by Netto. And for that too expensive.
